No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Civil Practices and Remedies Code relating to indemnification provisions in construction contracts, and would repeal Government Code, Section 2252.902, relating to indemnity provisions in construction contracts. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
