SB408 by Estes (relating to inspection of the John Graves Scenic Riverway.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would change the timing for taking the two required water quality samples and conducting the two required surface visual inspections in the John Graves Scenic Riverway from summer and winter to spring and fall of each year. 

No significant fiscal impact to the state is expected as a result of the bill's passage.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
