SB533 by Davis (Relating to the minimum standards for the certifications of sexual assault training programs and sexual assault nurse examiners and for certification renewal by those entities.), As Introduced

The Office of the Attorney General indicates that internal procedures, grant application processes, and grant contract language will need to be updated. It is anticipated that any additional costs associated with implementation of the legislation could be absorbed within existing resources.
