No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to employment records for law enforcement officers, including procedures to correct employment termination reports and providing an administrative penalty. The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards indicates that no fiscal implication is anticipated from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
