No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to information regarding job matching services provided by the Texas Workforce Commission; providing a criminal penalty. The bill would require the Texas Workforce Commission to establish an efficiency pilot program. Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
