No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to require certain conservation and reclamation districts to determine rates for potable water or wastewater service to recreational vehicle parks on the same basis the district uses to determine rates for other commercial businesses in the district.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
