No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Property Code and expand the jurisdiction of a statutory probate court of Travis County to include concurrent jurisdiction in a proceeding brought by the Office of the Attorney General alleging breach of a fiduciary duty with respect to a charitable trust created by a will that has been admitted to probate. It is anticipated that any additional costs associated with implementation of the legislation could be absorbed within existing resources.
