No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow the secretary of state to electronically submit state agency submit rulemaking filings to the lieutenant governor, a member of the legislature or a legislative agency. Although some savings and efficiencies may be realized, none are expected to be significant.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
