No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Occupations Code to provide for the registration and regulation of equine dental care providers. The bill would require the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners to adopt rules to implement the provisions of the bill.
Based on the analysis of the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners it is assumed that responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
