No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Business and Organizations Code relating to the authority of physicians and physician assistants to form certain entities. Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
