No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the practice of certain regulated professions and the payment and reimbursement of certain professionals.

Based on analysis provided by the Texas Medical Board, the Department of Insurance, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and the Health and Human Services Commission, it is assumed that all duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
