No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require institutions of higher education not to grant preference to any provider of textbooks or other instructional materials. Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resouces.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
