SB1005 by Van de Putte (Relating to fair treatment of all providers of instructional materials to students enrolled at public institutions of higher education.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require institutions of higher education not to discriminate among providers of textbooks or other instruction materials in conducting activities of the institution relating to student access to those materials. Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resouces.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
