No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend various administrative and procedureal requirements in the Texas Probate Code. While this bill would alter some provisions of the Probate Code that would be of concern to practitioners, the bill would not affect the procedures employed by the courts when handling probate cases. Consequently, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
