No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code to require the Supreme Court to adopt rules establishing procedures for expediting foreclosure proceedings on an assessment lien for use by a property owners’ association.
 
The bill would amend procedures for collection of assessments of a property owners’ association. Certain provisions of the bill would apply only to a property owners' association which is not a governmental entity.
