No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends various subsections of Section 51.971 of the Education Code as it relates to the  confidentiality of information obtained by a compliance office of an institution of higher education.  Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
