No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the commissioner of education to adopt rules establishing minimum standards for curriculum and educational materials to be used in a driving safety course designed for drivers younger than 25 years of age. The Texas Education Agency estimates no significant fiscal implications associated with the required rules adoption.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
