The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of health organizations certified by the Texas Medical Board; imposing an administrative penalty. Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
