IN RE:	SB1928 by Ellis (Relating to an African American Texans memorial monument on the Capitol grounds.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the State Preservation Board to establish an African American Texans memorial monument on the Capitol grounds. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

It is anticipated that any additional costs associated with implementation of the legislation could be
absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
