In response to your request for an Actuarial Impact Statement on HB 1472 (relating to the retention of and the required disclosure under the public information law of certain complaints alleging official oppression) the Pension Review Board (PRB) has determined the following:

 

HB 1472 would amend several sections of statute to add language regarding the retention of and disclosure of certain complaints against firefighters and police officers alleging official oppression. The proposed bill, if enacted, is not expected to have an actuarial impact as it does not propose to change the funding or obligations of any public retirement system.
