Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the

chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; Dukes; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Eiland now present.)

 

At 9:52 a.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was recessed until House adjournment or if permission is received until the reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 10:48 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; Dukes; and Schwertner.

 

A quorum was present.
