Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 9:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Dukes; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:45 a.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 10:45 p.m., February 17, 2011.

 

The committee reconvened at 10:55 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Eiland; King, Susan; and Schwertner.
