Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:14 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; Eiland; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

 

A quorum was present.

At 3:10 p.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was adjourned until Monday, February 21, 2011 upon adjournment of the House or the full committee.
