Pursuant to a notice posted on February 17, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 1:48 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

 

A quorum was present.

At 3:44 p.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was adjourned until 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2011.
