Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 9:19 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Eiland; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

A quorum was present.

At 9:56 a.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 10:45 a.m.

The committee reconvened at 10:53 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

A quorum was present.

At 11:29 a.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
