Pursuant to a notice posted on February 25, 2011, revised 3 times on March 1, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:07 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Dukes now present.)

(Representative Eiland now present.)

At 9:40 a.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was recessed subject to the call of the chair.

The committee reconvened at 11:34 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; Eiland; and Schwertner.

A quorum was present.

At 11:41 a.m., on the motion of Representative Zerwas and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
