Pursuant to a notice posted on April 25, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 8:40 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Eiland; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

A quorum was present.
