Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 7:24 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Giddings; Morrison; Patrick, Diane; and Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:48 a.m., on the motion of Representative Morrison and without objection, the meeting was recessed until adjournment of the House or if permission is received until the reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:40 p.m. and was called to order by Representative Morrison.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Aycock; Giddings; Morrison; Patrick, Diane; and Villarreal.
