Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 7:23 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Morrison; and Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:57 a.m., on the motion of Representative Hochberg and without objection, the meeting was recessed until the reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 11:58 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Morrison; and Patrick, Diane.
