Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 24, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 9:37 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Giddings; and Morrison.

 

A quorum was present.

At 1:05 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hochberg and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
