Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on March 15, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 1:40 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Giddings; Morrison; and Patrick, Diane.

A quorum was present.
