Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 9:02 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; McClendon; and Shelton.

A quorum was present.

Testimony taken/registration recorded. (See attached witness list.)

(Representative Margo now present.)

(Representative Martinez, "Mando" now present.)

At 9:54 a.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 30 minutes after adjournment pending reading and referrals of bills.

The committee reconvened at 12:09 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; McClendon; and Shelton.

A quorum was present.

At 9:03 p.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
