Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on February 17, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011,  the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Martinez, "Mando" now present.)

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

At 10:05 a.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
