Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 3:07 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; Martinez, "Mando"; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

At 4:45 p.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 22, 2011.
