Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 8:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; McClendon; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.

 

(Representative Martinez, "Mando" now present.)

 

At 10:08 a.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 3:00 p.m., February 23, 2011.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:46 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Margo; Martinez, "Mando"; McClendon; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 5:15 p.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
