Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 2:02 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; and Martinez, "Mando".

A quorum was present.

(Representative Shelton now present.)

At 2:52 p.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
