Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 14, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 7:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Gooden; Johnson; Miller, Doug; and Riddle.

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until adjournment of the House or if permission is received until the reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:22 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Gooden; Johnson; and Miller, Doug.
