Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 8:50 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Gooden; Johnson; Miller, Doug; and Riddle.

A quorum was present.

At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of Representative Darby and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
