Pursuant to a notice posted on September 20, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Urban Affairs, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 10:10 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Gooden; Miller, Doug; and Riddle.

A quorum was present.

At 12:49 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
