Pursuant to a notice posted on February 17, 2011, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hardcastle; Howard, Charlie; Hughes; Isaac; Landtroop; Lozano; and Miles.
