Pursuant to a notice posted on March 16, 2011, the
House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 8:03 a.m.

without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the

Local and Consent Calendars. The motion
