Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 29, 2011, and permission granted to meet while the house was in session on April 29, 2011, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 1:43 p.m.
