Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 17, 2011, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hardcastle, at 11:35 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hardcastle; Howard, Charlie; Isaac; Kleinschmidt; and Landtroop.

The chair laid out SB 616 as pending business.

Representative Hardcastle moved that SB 616, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Representative Isaac moved that SB 811, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
