Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Article II,  met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representative Zerwas; Chisum; King, Susan; Schwertner.
