Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Articles I, IV,& V, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 7:04 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; McClendon; Shelton.

A quorum was present.

Testimony taken/registration recorded. (See attached witness list.)

(Representative Martinez now present.)

At 11:48 a.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was recessed until adjournment of the House or if permission is received until the reading and referral of bills.

The committee received permission to meet while the House was in session during reading and referral of bills and reconvened at 2:28 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto. The quorum call was answered as follows: Representative Otto; Button; Margo; Shelton.

A quorum was present.

At 7:05 p.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was adjourned until 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2011.
