Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 7:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pitts; Turner; Aycock; Button; Chisum; Crownover; Darby; Gooden; Hochberg; Johnson; King, Susan; Margo; Martinez; McClendon; Miller, Doug; Otto; Patrick, Diane; Riddle; Schwertner; Shelton; and Torres.

Supreme Court of Texas

 

The chair laid out the subcommittee recommendations for the Supreme Court of Texas.

Representative Otto moved the adoption of the subcommittee recommendations.  The motion was adopted without objection.

 

Court of Criminal Appeals

 

The chair laid out the subcommittee recommendations for the Court of Criminal Appeals.

Representative McClendon moved the adoption of the subcommittee recommendations.  The motion was adopted without objection.

 

Fourteen Courts of Appeals

Office of Court Administration, Texas Judicial Council
