Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 7:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pitts; Aycock; Button; Chisum; Darby; Gooden; Hochberg; King, Susan; Margo; Miller, Doug; Otto; Patrick, Diane; Schwertner; Shelton; and Torres.
