Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule
on April 11, 2011, to allow the committee to consider pending business, and a
suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 13, 2011, to allow the committee
to hear invited testimony on the high cost natural gas tax rate reduction, the
House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to
order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 7:14 a.m.
