Pursuant to a notice posted on December 10, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 2:18 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pitts; Turner; Aycock; Crownover; Dukes; Giddings; Gooden; Hochberg; King, Susan; Margo; McClendon; Miller, Doug; Otto; Shelton; and Zerwas.

A quorum was present.

Representatives James Keffer, Sarah Davis, John Raney and Representative-Elect Tony Dale were also present.

The Committee heard resource testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
