Pursuant to a notice posted on February 23, 2011, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, Veronica, at 2:00 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Gonzales, Veronica; Weber; Alonzo; Farrar; Gonzales, Larry; Hardcastle; and Simpson.

A quorum was present.
